At this try & buy event, guests will be able to sample and then purchase their favourite wines and foods from our vendors. Our goal at The Social Herbivore, as always, is to elevate plant-based entertaining, by spotlighting the best, local providers of food & wine to help consumers enjoy a truly social holidays.

Whether you are vegan, lactose-intolerant or simply vegan-curious, we welcome you to spend the evening with us for this walk around tasting with a jazzy, cocktail-party vibe.

Tickets only $30/pp and include wine & food samples. A portion of proceeds go to support the Toronto Vegetarian Food Bank.

Available exclusively on December 4th from 1 PM till supplies last,  Subway® Canada guests who come out to celebrate National Cookie Day will be some of the first and only to experience the Footlong cookie  before the Chocolate Chip Footlong Cookie launches in restaurants in 2024. For one day only and featuring craveable, indulgent toppings, these one-of-a-kind flavours include: 

The Green Goddess: Like Subway Series #11, the Green Goddess is fresh and bright, pairing Subway Canada’s signature chocolate chip cookie with a pistachio spread, topped with shaved coconut, and green apple and drizzled with caramel. 

The Little Italy: Inspired by Subway Series #14, The Little Italy, this cookie has a sweetly Italian flare with a ricotta and mini chocolate chip spread, topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, lemon juice, and delicately dusted with icing sugar.

The Great Canadian: A truly Canadian treat and inspired by Subway Series #1, this cookie is piled high with a caramel-maple spread, dollops of sweet blueberry jam and topped with butter tarts, pecans and a Canadian favourite —  bacon. 

Footlong cookies will be available on a first-come, first-served basis in exchange for a suggested donation to Subway Canada’s Never Miss Lunch™ program in partnership with Food Banks Canada.
